wdf is jagex problem..

they do not want us to use automated stuff, like scar scripts and such¨.

but i have now done a mini research and here is the results of the automated responds i got:


1.appeal:70% automated
(im not 100% sure about this one)

2.technical support:75%
(i have wrote 3 out out 4 letters and the 3 letters was the same message)

3. billing support:50%
(2 out of 4 messages, and 50% was automated responses)

4.customer support (wait a second, ohh i forgot they took it away -.-)



all i have to say is jagex watch your steps before complaining about others using automated things.

yes its their game, i agree to that.
yes this is a cheat community and i have used bots and scripts myself, i agree to that.



but i still think its unfair that we get banned, while the lazy mother fuckers sits at their office and drinking coffee, and use some kind of bot system to auto respond.



then we have "the smart rs mods" right?


everytime i make a thread on rs, about the same thing, with jagex is auto responding, its gets locked and i get a fucking message from the mods:
please refrain from any spam, or accusations.
and the mod try to convince me that they aint using bots.. and blah blah blah.

well i dont believe them.

 

They don't have enough staff to give everyone a response that isn't automated.

 

I'm glad half the time they do automated responses because it makes it easier to make a shitty appeal and get it accepted.

 

This bugs me also. They ban people for using auto's because they dont want to do work. But jagex is using bots because THEY are too lazy and dont want to do work. Same situation, i think jagex is bored so they find fun in banning people that are autoing. ::A Jagex Worker:: "Hey! lets ban this nub for autoing and then laugh coz we auto all the time!!!"

 

i know right, they baned millions of accoutn for using bots and there using there bots when them banned people are ending in the appeals

 

Theres a difference between using a bot to respond to messages when they don't have enough ppl to read every single message they get and using one to play the game for you.

 

Cheap people lols ........... they even millinares lols

 

just because you get the same message doesnt mean they didnt read it.
to save them typing the same thing over and over again its easy to use an existing message.

technical they do read them as they cannot give you a solution without actually reading what your problem is. if you send something with nothing to do with technical support then they will send you an "auto message" which varies from each mod.

 

hmm then how come, everytime you apologise (almost) for an appeal they come up with the message

"we have conclusive evidence that you were in control of the account blah blah blah..."?


and i can tell youthat my account was banned twice innocently.
yes we all make mistakes, but wdf you cant even come in contact with customer support if you have been banned in error.

 

I heard if you send a letter they will always respond

They macro because since RWT got out of hand the lost members and money, therefore they can pay enofe workers to respond to appeals. because of US!!!

i agree with kingezz no matter what happens there bot will always say *you were in control of the account*

this is what they want it to say *yea we know u were hacked but who gives a flying fuck about u its our game*

and i stated that too.


but its bad for them, if they use that attitude, as already now people can see that many pkers, merchanters or people who were affected by the updates has decided to quit because of the trade limit and pking update.


and some also quitted when they heard the customer support got removed, even 3 of my m8s did too.

yeah, its not many people who quitted, so it aint the big loss.

but if they keep using that attitude, and think they can just play around with their players i dont think they will last long.

 

rwt was never out of hand i didn't even know about it till last year it got out of hand when jagex ruined the game over it and who cares if it is their game we bought it we want to enjoy it
