Few questions for Project16 PSer's

Well im making my first private server and i have 4 questions.

1. Solved this one

2. How do i make working portals to givin X Y positions of my choosing?

3. How do i change what items the characters come equiped with when they start?

4. How do i make and NPC say someting (not in the chat box like scream it out)?

Also i cant seem to connect to my server (sethscape.no-ip.biz or sethserver.no-ip.org) without just connecting via local (127.0.0.1) ive also tried typing my IP in direct but it wont conenct me that way either. Help on htis please?

 

you cant get on your server because you probaly did somthing wrong port forwarding

4 number 4 go in2 npc handler and find somthing like this:
if (npcs.npcType == 541) {
if (misc.random2(30) <= 2) {
npcs.updateRequired = true;
npcs.textUpdateRequired = true;
npcs.textUpdate = "Pk Supplies/Food.";
}

then put a space underneath it and type the same but with the npc id that you want to use wer it says 541, and wot u want him 2 say wer i have "pk supplies/food"
