Help me with my RSC server please

Ok so i got my server and client all set up. I cant get other people to connect to them. So i set the i.p. on both the client and server to my network i.p. and it works for me but not other people. Then i tryed seting the i.p. to my coputers i.p. on both server and client and it would not even work for me nor other people. Can you guys please help me out here with my issue it would really make me happy .

Try the Java/C# forum as this is more Java related than it is Tech Support. Also, I suspect you might have the basic server source that I have which doesn't allow you to see/interact with other players at all.
