My old friend quit 50m+ stuff to me, but one problem..

Unfortunately, she left runescape for Everquest 2 at the state Jagex is taking runescape mostly everyone is quiting slowly. Well, she offered me all her things, it kind'a shocking no old friend have offer me anything when they left, but quite frankly she did and I was quite happy.
I know there was a problem 'the trade limit' and I also don't want to do the alternative because once the npc says 50k I'd have to share with every money hungry greedy bastards in runescape. I've come for information of a possibility of transferring gold/items from a 126 to 96 in runescape. It seems quite impossible since its a 20 lvl difference and Fagex took away mostly any method of freely trading to one another in runescape.

Is there anyone possibility?

After reading the cheating forums, I know the method I thought it was only 100cb+ in f2p..

She'd have to sale all her stuff like whip, full dragon etc..
