i hear people talking alot about this. what is it? i know its a file and stuff but what can i do with it?

 

Nothing. It's just the folder where the Java Applet saves some files so you don't have to download the entire client each time you wish to play RuneScape.

Theres 8 possible directory locations where the Java Applet can save these files, the one you listed being the most common one.

 

Its the Jagex cache file.
But it kinda annoys me that they put it in my Windows directory,
they have nothing to search there!!

 

no shit its the jagex file, i already took a look through its nothing, but if you edit or run you can mess up the way it runs

Delete it every time you plan on mult logging in or mming account trades it is kinda like how they check ips of accounts.

 

Lol at the post above, all it is, is the files you need to run rs so save people from having to download everything every time they go on rs, has nothing to do with checking ips for multi logging since they can't actually tell if your multi logging since more than one person in a house can be playing rs at the same time...
