IE Process Not Closing

IE Process Not Closing

    IE Process Not Closing
    Whenever i go ctrl + alt + del > Processes > iexplorer > End process

    The process just reapears in a second, Yet Internet Explorer is uninstalled...

    Any help?

    Well I changed programs that run on start up to the bare minumun and it worked..

    Thnsk anyway ill check it out.
