Hiring a Quester and Fire Caper / Torsoer

I have a level 108 barrows pure, tried to sell it, no1 is buying, heres what i need done:

RFD through barrows... i currently have to mith, level 60 cooking, i believe most of the pre quests are done, getting the supplies and all that stuff is up to the quester.

A fire cape
-Relevant Stats: 70 range 70 def 70 prayer, 88 hp
-willing to supply some items for this one, lemme know what is needed

A fighters torso
-91 att 94 str 88 hp

It would be great to have somebody that can do all of them at once, although that probably isnt very realistic, so if you can do any of them, the more the better, post here, or pm me. RFD is the biggest thing, i will pay through PayPal, bank verified, business member, i will not go first, lemme know what your prices are. Most important is getting RFD done, thanks.
