1. The best way to start out is to go to the air temple with 50k, an air tiara, and 250 noted ess. Now if your a member you might want to bring more mo0ney and ess because your trade limit may be higher depending on if you do quests. First try saying open 400gp you should get tons of people willing to do that, but if that isn't working say open limit(preferably only if you have a high trade limit) I did this for an hour and I got my runecrafting from level 1-39. When you reach a high enough level to get atleast 5 runes per ess, start shouting 5x assist. Some noobs will say 9x assist if they have like level 1 runecrafting but that is really annoying and dirty

2. Log onto two accounts at once(use the second one on unsigned java) then walk to the fire alter with both. craft with one and have the second account use assist request on the first one, If you craft a lot of fires you can transfer the fires to the first account using bounty hunter. The air running thing basically doesn't work anymore, you have to use assist.

The second is almost as slow, although it is quite useful. If you summon a pack yak for each account, and have all the pouches, then the exp could be exponential.
