    NATO Phonetic Alphabet ~ =)

I bet some of you are wondering what the NATO phonetic alphabet actually is, or atleast some of you are. The NATO phonetic alphabet is a string of words used instead of letters when communicating over radios and such so people will not get confused on what letter was just said, for example m and n may sound alike over the radio but if you use the words in the phonetic alphabet you'll be able to hear and understand alot easier.

Here is the Phonetic Alphabet itself, the beggining letter of the word is that letter in the alphabet.

Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot, Golf, Hotel, India, Juliet, Kilo, Lima, Mike, November, Oscar, Papa, Quebec, Romeo, Sierra, Tango, Uniform, Victor, Whiskey, X-ray, Yankee, Zulu.

There was a previous one which was abandoned because people thought that most of it was to british orientated, and was not appropriate for global use.

Ace, Beer, Charlie, Don Edward, Freddie, George, Harry, Ink, Johnnie, King, London, Monkey, Nuts, Orange, Pip, Queen, Robert, Sugar, Toc, Uncle, Vic, William, X-ray, Yorker, Zebra.

I just Thought it would be cool to let you guys know, if you already didnt, about this, its often used on films, games, ect so maybe it will come in handy for you at some point which it probably wont lol.

Thanks for reading this guys, hope that you'll somehow find so use for it now, or in the future perhaps, Thanks.

    ;)
