trading 110 for any account with 99 fletching

ok so im trading my lvl 110 for any account with a fletching cape or a fire cape.

my acc has 1m worth on him so i want your acc to have 2m+ depending on the lvl. the lower the lvl, the more gp your gonna need. ok, im not going first and i may consider an mm...ive heard mods scam on this site..(im from realpoor). ok thats pretty much it...pics are here:

No stats anywhere NEAR 99, and your asking for an account WITH money AND a 99 stat? Asking for a bit much considering how much your offering?
