best way/weapon to train strength

78-85 str.. quickest way and what weapon should i use? p2p of course.

and while im at it, anyone care to summarise this new update that people are bitching about. i haven't logged on in like a week and i'll be fucked if i'm gonna read all the shit jagex wrote or go through all the threads on here of people bitching.

 

1. Any godsword on a reliable monster XP income.

You need as much information as possible to understand why they did this. But long story short = they fucked up PKing, merchanting, trading and drop-trading just for the sake of getting rid of RWTs. Apparently they see it as a better place to stop all the RWTs, while at the same time stopping some of the main aspects of the entire game.
