I'm whining because I got an infraction for yelling at kids who can't do math, I completely deserved the infraction, but I'm disputing it anyways, as the term "dumb fuck" was used to describe the skills that they possessed in mathematics, and not the person themselves, making my rant -> math skills. Flaming is defined as

, However my post had all 3 elements and by definition was not flaming, however it did have hostile elements to it. However those elements are the only way to communicate with stubborn people who think their opinion was the only anwser, and his posts clearly were meant for the provocation of others, and responding to those posts isn't flaming as he requested the attacks upon himself.

 

The Sythe.org official rules define flaming to be "excessive cursing, insults, and/or derogatory comments towards another user". That is effectively what you did.

 

Not true at all, the word excessive means that it is a quantity, and since excessive is stated, at least 1 curse or insult may be directed towards a user in a post, when I only posted 1 curse or insult directly at him, making my flaming infraction not deserved. Also, If I got an infraction for my post, then others should have infractions as well if you are doing the equal infractions crap, even though technically its not flaming.

 

I feel that one insult is excessive. Also, it was a bit more harsh than your generic "omg ur stupid".
