strange SRL error

    strange SRL error
    i installed SRL and when i try to do the config or run any SRL script i get this

    Line 1: [Error] (1:1): Unable to register function procedure InvertATPA(var a: TPointArrayArray); in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 2.03\includes\SRL\Compile SRL.scar

    total noob at this stuff, please help
