Paying 2m for...

I need 60 attack and 60 str on a new account. Starting from 1 on attack and str. 2m to do it. You must NOT change the password OR set recovs. I will pay half once you get to 40 attack and 50 str. Then the rest at 60/60.

Must be completed in 2 weeks (14 days) or I pay 500k less for every extra 2 days.
