Need help with PayPal!!! pl0x!

I just want to ask something about paypal. Can anyone tell me please?
Lets say im on somekind of website yeah? and i want to get my money from there. I can do that through PayPal and it says to write the PayPal account in a box. Do they mean to write the E-mail address i used to create the paypal account and im using to log-in to paypal account or what? Please help..

...Thats E-gold well anyway, im pretty sure it asks for your paypal user id, the email you used to create the paypal account and that should be ur user id.

so i was right yes? "The paypal account" is my email address i am using to login to my paypal account? Please someone else say if it is right because i want to transfer $200 and i dont want to lose them
