Official's MM Application: Getting Proofs

Hello, my name is Official and im just getting started in the MM process.

Fees:
There is a 100k fee on all trades. Either side of the trade can pay, or you can go 50k each.

Heres is everything I will MM:
*Account for Account*
1. Both sides say their names on sythe and RS accounts, and what the trade is
2. Both sides send info in seperate trade window
3. I check passwords out and change them
4. If all checks out, both sides are given their respective accounts

*RS GP for Account*
1. Both sides say their names on sythe and RS accounts, and what the trade is
2. RS GP is traded to me, and the details of account being traded
3. I check passwords out and change them
4. once everything checks out, RS GP is given and account with info is given

*PBP pins*
1. Both sides say their names on sythe and RS accounts, and what the trade is
2. RS GP is handed to me, and pin is given to me
3. I log onto the buyers account, add PBP pin, while still holding the RS GP from the buyer
4. If the pin is ok, I hand the money to the PBP pin seller and have the pbp pin buyer change his password to the account

I will only trade accounts with NO RECOVERY QUESTIONS.

I will NOT trade anything for real money.
