When Posting Pictures.

When I post a picture I want it to be so you don't have to click on it. The picture is right there how do I do that. I see some people that have pictures that you have to click on them to see the full image. How do I just post the whole picture when people enter my thread and they see it. I used the mountain icon at the top. I'm going to be testing and posting pictures to see if it comes out correct.
