can any 1 help me how do i do pics of my stats and recoveries?

 

press print screen next to F12 and go to paint and hold ctrl and press v and youll then need to use the tool to cut around the screen and right click copy go to a new paint and press ctrl v again and youll have a screenshot

 

that works for both and also to get screens on sythe you go to photobucket or something else make an account there and upload the pic and then find the http code and copy it and then paste it on here and it will load as a pic
