Was Sythe.org down?

Was sythe.org down for a couple hours, it seems that way to me because when I got on, most of the posts were from 9:30 and that usually doesn't happen... Soo....Also it didn't work for me and some other people..

 

Ye I noticed that too, was down.

 

Oh.. I see, I wonder what happened.

 

Sythe.org has been going down a lot lately. If sythe would hire me with would be happening much much less. I work for GE in the tech secion so i work with keeping servers running. About every 30 minutes i expierience that the site is down. But it is back up within a limit of 2 minutes.

 

This was for a while though, like a couple hours, not 2 minutes.

It's really annoying how slow it is / down it is all the time...

Sythe was down for me this morning for like a couple hours. It was annoying.

 

me too i found it annoying i guess they're just having some technical difficulties

 

IT'S BEEN DOWN FOR 3 HOURS. Auuugh!

 

Its actually called being attacked thanks for keeping up with whats going on at sythe. . This has been going on for a long time, just randomly they will do it in large amounts and get a few days where its like this.

 

Denial of Service

 

It is always down, like every 2 hours it will work for me for like 1 minute. This is so annoying!

 

i contacted sythe the owner, he said that the tech people shut down the site because of the hackers with out his permission, so he is now taking charge of it, thats what he said, so it was just shut down for about 2 days

 

yeah its called being ddos'd

That's just how sythe is. If it's not slow, then it is down because the server is too busy. It almost reminds me of Mopar how it goes offline and then online quite frequently somtimes.
