    Ok my question to you is.... Is seperation of church an state constitutional in the United States? not whether it should be or shouldn't be just whether it is or isnt....

    Of course it's constitutional, it's one of the main themes of our society! It's even in the Constitution itself!

    Without it, what would keep us from being swept back to the dark ages by people like Jerry Falwell?
