Buying range/2her or str pure

Alright here are some stats I'm looking for.

*Keep in mind they dont have to match I can always pay less or pay more.*

Range/2her---Preferred Stats

Att- 40 for rune 2h combo.
Str- 60-99....Obvisously I wont see any 99's.
Def- Gotta be 1 for this kinda pure.
Range- 60-99.
Prayer- Either 1 or none.

Str Pure---Preferred Stats
Att- 40, Obvisously.
Str- Anywhere from 55-99.
Def- Same as Range/2her gotta be 1.
Range- 1, I've experimented and hybrids with 40range suck against the same lvl of str pures without 40range.
Prayer- Gotta be 1 or 31.

Ok, There's some preferred stats. Dont have to match your pures but I would like them too
