buying a good skiller.

hi i know im new to sythe but im not a blackmarket noob ive been around a while. check ttg (thetechguide.com) im Kirk Hammett on TTG. So im not a nob trying to scam.

Im looking to buy a skiller preferablly lvl 3. i like skill capes so i;m looking to buy an extreme skiller.

I do not, and will nor go first under any circumstances. I know im new here but i'm not an idiot.

I will use a mm from sythe, you must pay fee's if so. We could use Pureblood from TTG hes mm'd over 120 times and over 700m and he'll do it for free so i'm not wasting my money on a mm when theres mm'ers on ttg with over 800m mm'd for free.
