    Help making vista run faster?
    How can i remove all the fancy graphical effects that take up 75 percent of my ram?

    Is there even a way?

    Yeah. Download vLite

    Google it...

    It lets you remove a lot of that shit... I never tried it, but when I was getting my Vista crack, that's what people were talking about using b/c it was slow as hell.

    Ok, i'll check it out. Like seriously, i gave 1g of ram and vista is taking up most of it.

    It says i need to locate my windows vista installation files?

    I got no clue dude. Uh... I'm sure their site has some type of forums you could ask the people who've used it, etc... I'm sure they know what you need to do. Sorry I can't really help, I installed my Vista and didn't really bother with vLite after updating everything. I just re-installed XP b/c it was hella slow.
