In Microsoft Club Live, you play games to earn points and get them added into your account. By using the points you've earned, you can order many things, such as games, headphones, and even a Zune. These games are very difficult and take forever, which is obviously why microsoft is giving out free stuff. The items you've ordered will come in the mail in about 1-4 weeks.

My Rates

My rates are 2m Runescape Gp for 1000 points. Although this may seem unfair, 20k points may be exchanged for a Microsoft Zune. Aka, 40m Runescape Gp for a Zune. Currently, the norm for gold trading is $4 for 1m. 40*4= $160. Also a Zune costs $240 at Circuit City, so $240-$160= $80. You just have saved $80 for a Zune by using my rates.
