Codeh, think about your question for a second. What is one definition of free? Getting something without paying anything. That is what he means.

 

whats the point of these?..they don't let you cash out before you have like 5-10$, which takes forever to get. Why not just get a job?..

 

The real gain is with the referrals, so the more people you refer after, the more money you will gain doing nothing.

And that's basically what he's trying to do.
