Buying 10M - 2.5$ Each (USD)

I will only be buying through PayPal, I am not familar with any of the other things similar to PayPal.


Though my postcount is low I have been around for a year and a half+, I understand there is a way to scam w/ PayPal being the buyer and all. Yet I still prefer to use a MM or you go First. (You Pay MM Fees - Official) I am using my CC to buy the Mills, it would take too long to setup my bank account to PayPal and verify, then wait the 3 Days for money.
