Firstly, you must know ALL info about the account.
Ok. Go to the runescape homepage.
Go down to recover a lost password.
Type the name and click the option someone knows my recovery questions.
Type all your info that you know.
Click submit.
Copy the code they give you.
See every 2-3 hours if they believed you.
