Does age really matter? When looking for a relationship, does the opposite partner's age really matter?

Usually, age doesn't matter, but maturity does. Someone's age can give you a good guess at their maturity, however, so that's probably why you don't see 15 year olds and 30 year olds married.

 

Yeah. In the show it's like. 20 year olds and 40 year olds. Looks pretty corny, but, it does have a point.

It's really about the personality.

 

I don't think anyone under 14 is capable of understanding what they're getting into.

Most young people don't know what they've gotten themselves into, (teen pregnacy, aloping, etc.) but by then, it's already too late.

Aslong as its reasonable age doesn't matter. But honestly a 6 year old with a 40 year old. thats not right.

 

It SHOULDENT matter but some people seem to find it that you cant love someone like 2 or 3 years younger than you..(if your in your teens). I say as long as theres not a HUGE difference and you like\love eachother then why not.

theres obviously a limit, its hard for a wiser more experienced person to have a serious relationship with someoen who hasn't experienced half of what his/her spouse has
