I'm hiring air runecrafting workers and pay per ess. I pay after the work is done. If you are a long time worker then bonuses will follow

Here is how you get payed

lvls 1-10~no pay, just free experience

lvls 11-21~20 coins per rune ess made(1k ess made=20k!)

lvls 22-32~30 coins per rune ess made(1k ess made=30k!)

lvls 33-43~40 coins per rune ess made(1k ess made=40k!)

lvls 44-54~50 coins per rune ess made(1k ess made=50k!)

lvls 55-65~60 coins per rune ess made(1k ess made=60k!)

lvls 66-76~70 coins per rune ess made(1k ess made=70k!)

lvls 77-87~80 coins per rune ess made(1k ess made=80k!)

lvls 88-98~90 coins per rune ess made(1k ess made=90k!)

lvls 99~100 coins per rune ess made(1k ess made =100k!)

I have an unlimited amount of ess, but need crafters. As you can see, this is GREAT pay for just runecrafting airs. If you're interested, PM me in game

yeah then you could just buy 1k essence i'm lvl 50 so i make them per essence 5 times so 5000*20 if you sell them 100k -30k = 70k profit you buy over for 50k so you get 20k profit so the people could better buy the essence!

lilmike, dont forget i have to pay you 50k so 30k=5k ess=100k.100k-50k(what i pay you)=50k.I basically make the smae amount of money as you, but I have to buy the essence. 50k-30k=only 20k profit. The only way I'll make a significant amount of money is if I hire a substantial amount of workers. Which is why I pay you for basically only making runes. You get free experience and great pay......
