    Introduction

    This guide is 100% written by me [Covey], although there is a guide about this at RuneScape Community [i think].
    This is currently the fastest way of training your Mage and Range levels and is also the second fastest way of training your HitPoints [2nd to Pest Control].
    Basic overview of this guide is you train your Magic or Range extremely fast by Ice Bursting or Using Red Chinchompas on the skeletons in the Monkey Madness tunnel. Since its a mutli combat area you also get shitloads of HitPoints Experience.

    Requirements

    [IMG] MUST have 43 Prayer or higher.
    [IMG] MUST have 70 Magic or higher, 80+ is recommended [If you are training Magic].
    [IMG] MUST have 55 Range or higher, 80+ is recommended [If you are training Range].
    [IMG] MUST have completed Monkey Madness.
    [IMG] MUST have completed Desert Treasure [If you are training Magic].
    [IMG] MUST have RuneScape cash to burn.

    Items & Equipments needed

    If you want to train Magic, this is what you are recommended to bring:
    Items:
    [IMG] 1 x Teleport Tablet.
    [IMG] 1 x Energy Potion (4)
    [IMG] 22 x Prayer Potions (4)
    [IMG] 150 x Blood Runes
    [IMG] 4650 x Death Runes
    [IMG] 9300 x Chaos Runes
    [IMG] 9000 x Water Runes

    Image of items:
    [IMG]

    Equipment:
    This is really up to you. but its recommended that you have at least a +10 Prayer Bonus or your prayer will drain to fast.
    Below is a picture of what a take:

    If you want to train Range, this is what you are recommended to bring:
    Items:
    [IMG] 1 x Teleport Tablet.
    [IMG] 1 x Energy Potion (4)
    [IMG] 1 x Super Anti-Poisen Potion (4)
    [IMG] 7 x Sharks
    [IMG] 18 x Prayer Potions (4)
    [IMG] 6000 x Red Chinchompas

    Location of the area & what to do

    Once you have equiped your armour and have all the listed items in your inventory you can head of to Ape Atoll. The best way to get their is to use a Glory Amulet and teleport to Al-Kharid, then use the Gnome Glider and fly to the Grant Tree. Then climb down the ladder twice and head east to the bar and talk to Daero. He will then take you to the Secret Gnome Hanger, you will then talk to Waydar and get taken to Crash Island where you talk to Lumbo and get taken to Ape Atoll.

    Once at Ape Atoll, you will need to run north until you see a ladder [its a dungeon sign on the mini map]. Go down the ladder and you will be in the Underground Tunnel [this is the place where you met Zooknock to get a Money Gree Gree]. Once in the tunnel turn on Protect from Melee and follow the path around until you reach the second pit of level 143 Skeletons.

    When you start Range / Maging the Skeletons there will only be around 5 of them to start with, but after about 5 minutes you should have up to 14 Skeletons spawning and attacking you. Keep attacking the Skeletons until you run out of Prayer or Runes / Chinchompas then use your Teleport Tablet.

    I kind of got lazy while writing this guide and haven't bothered to get the rest of the pictures needed to fully explain where to stand when Ranging / Maging the Skeletons etc. So for a more detailed guide go to - http://www.zybez.net/community/index.php?showtopic=790457

    Experience Results

    Range:
    Here are some of mine and other peoples combined experience results to get an average, remember this experience you get depends on your range level.

    85 = 120 -130k xp each hour
    86 = 120 -130k xp each hour
    87 = 120 -140k xp each hour
    88 = 130 -150k xp each hour
    89 = 140 -160k xp each hour
    90 = 150 -170k xp each hour
    91 = 155 -175k xp each hour
    92 = 160 -180k xp each hour
    93 = 165 -195k xp each hour
    94 = 170 -200k xp each hour
    95 = 175 -205k xp each hour
    96 = 180 -210k xp each hour
    97 = 190 -220k xp each hour
    98 = 200 -230k xp each hour
    99 = 210 -240k xp each hour

    Mage:
    Here are some of mine and other peoples combined experience results to get an average, remember this experience you get depends on your magic level.

    85 = 100 -110k xp each hour
    86 = 100 -120k xp each hour
    87 = 110 -120k xp each hour
    88 = 120 -130k xp each hour
    89 = 130 -140k xp each hour
    90 = 140 -150k xp each hour
    91 = 150 -155k xp each hour
    92 = 155 -160k xp each hour
    93 = 160 -170k xp each hour
    94 = 170 -180k xp each hour
    95 = 175 -185k xp each hour
    96 = 180 -190k xp each hour
    97 = 185 -200k xp each hour
    98 = 190 -210k xp each hour
    99 = 195 -220k xp each hour

    HitPoints:
    I didn't really calculate the experience gained for HitPoints, but it is extremely faster then most way it may possibly be faster then Pest Control if not it will only be slightly slower. But depending on your Range / Magic level you will get appoximately:

    Magic:
    80 - 110k xp each hour

    Range:
    90 - 140k xp each hour

    Hints & Tips

    Tip #1:
    Take a Monkey Gree Gree, this way when your running through the underground tunnel you can turn into a monkey and not got hit by other monkeys, you can also turn into a monkey and log out.

    Tip #2:
    Take a Holy Wrench, this gives you more prayer points when you take a sip of a prayer potion.

    Tip #3:
    Wait until you have 100% Run Energy before going down the ladder, this way you get further in the cave before walking therefore getting hit by fallen rocks less.

    Tip #4:
    Its a great place to AFK [Away From Keyboard] Train, so time how long it takes for your prayer to drain then whenever you go away from the keyboard make sure your back within that time.

    #############
    ### THE END ###
    #############

    I got lazy in the end with this guide and didn't put 100% effort into it, so if you want a more detailed and thoroughly explained guide read this one - http://www.zybez.net/community/index.php?showtopic=790457

    This works horribley for magic, from 85-99 it's 60,000 chimps and takes under 50 hours! As done by somebody on RS Community.

    you shouldn't have opened your mouth until i finished this guide.
    It works horribly for Ice Barrage, but goes smooth with Ice Burst....
    i went from 89 to 99 magic in 100k death, 200k chaos and 200k water runes.
