Dont try to sweeten up the deal with complete lies, any1 that knows anything about runescape knows ur account cant do much more then a lvl 3 can... besides maybe kill higher lvls.

PvP... Maybe, but thats the only thing in the game that requires skill, so its not only based on lvls.
Your lvl 114 and cant even buy a whip while having decent gear. so you cant even do godwars effectively.

I hate people like you that try to lie to people that may not know as much about the game as others.
