we agreed I would give him 10.5 mil neopoints at a price of $5/mil and I would give the extra 500k as bonus. He claimed to have sent me the $10 after I gave him 2 mil through his shop. Said he sent to wrong person so I just agreed I'd send remaining 8.5 mil for the $40. He said he sent it I never received it. So I'm out 2 mil.
