Shane Carwin vs. Brock Lesnar

Who do you think is going to win the fight?

IMO I hope Carwin. He hasn't even had a fight go into the second round, though I think Carwin has met his match with Lesnar, if Lesnar doesn't fuck himself up again before the fight.

Thoughts?

 

What the hell are you talking about? Lesner is a complete JOKE compared to Carwin. Carwin has much more technique, skill, and focus. Lesner looks like he just has more weight over Shane. Carwin not only has knockout power, but a good ground game. Lesner claims his wrestling, and ground game is amazing, but I've yet to see him do anything amazing. I've also seen his ground an pound against Frank Mir. Pretty shitty. I can see Shane getting Lesner in a clinch and knocking his ass out, that's how good he is.

I'm actually looking more forward Lebens fight at 116, kinda sad that Silva dropped the fight, but Leben is a pretty bad ass himself.

I didn't think 116 was a great card, I'm looking more forward for 117. Anderson Silva, Clay Guida, Matt Hughes, Big country, Sonnen = Orgasm.
118 doesn't look too great either, I found BJ vs Edgars first match rather boring, they did completely nothing. The only good fight at 118 will be Ken Flo. If the rumors for 119 is true, and Rampage fights Little Nog, that'll be an amazing card, 2 of PRIDE's best fighting it out.

 

I think Carwin has a good shot, but he just cant match the speed of Lesnar. Its gonna be a stand up brawl till a k.o

 

Carwin's speed is equal if not more, of Lesner's. The only thing Lesner could possibly do quicker then Shane, is takedowns. That's the only thing Lesner does better, fast takedowns. If this is going to be a standup fight, that won't matter. If Lesner takes Shane down, his ground and pound sucks, and Shane is just as good of a wrestler as Brock.

Yeah, wasn't what I expected. Crocop lost his attitude, and spunk he had in PRIDE FC. His devistating leg kicks were hardly effective, he's simply getting old. I was supprised he got lucky enough to submit Pat. Pat was simply too nice for cropcop, giving him hugs and shit. Instead of thinking about hugging a super star, he should've put some serious ground and pound on Crocop when he knocking crocop off his ass two times.

I wanted Brock to win, because I've gotta go with my hometown guy. But I thought the fight was over when Carwin got on top in the 1st round. You gotta give credit to Brock for that. He's just so powerful too when he puts his fists down on your head it has to hurt. Heres the video link

Brock was the luckiest man on the face of the fucking Earth to survive Carwins fucking boulder hands in his damn skull. Shane was a retard to believe Brock wouldn't dig that submission in deeper, he could've put more resistance and kept out of danger, but he thought he was ok. Caine vs Lesner is next, and I can already tell you Lesner wins that.
