I got banned for automining.. I appealed with this:

What a bummer, i had this account up to 75 mining legit and my cousin just auto the mess out of it and I didn't know it! He said he could get my mining up fast and I want 85 mining and I guess he macroed. Im sorry that you had to take the time to ban this account and Im sorry for my wrong doing by letting my cousin on my account. I hope you will consider unbanning this account so I can achieve my goal of 85 mining!!! legit of course...

I've never been banned myself, but I had a friend who kept asking people to be his girlfriend or boyfriend and he got himself enough offences to be banned.

Also a true story.

If you haven't been banned yet for macroing, don't get your hopes up cos Jagex said there gonna ban thousands more botters. I haven't been banned yet so ill lay off the botting for a while

You didn't just auto.... you "account shared" in there eyes because that's what you said in your appeal EVEN if you didn't share. so lose lose situation.

Banned for account Hijacking, password scamming and autoing.

Got like 71-92 mage in 3-4days or something of constant alching lol.
The account autoing got unbanned thought thanks to the account review thread.

I got banned for getting my woodcutting from 10-60 in one day, they banned me for botting Even though i was botting
