Best cheap smartphone?

I actually like the iPhone 5 but it seems that it's too overpriced. Do you guys know a cheap Smartphone that is a good quality like Samsung, etc..

 

If you don't plan on changing your plan any time soon, you can get iphones pretty cheap with a contract.

 

with upgrades you can get phones cheap i got my iphone 4s for $60 activation fee and the phone was free.

For what you get, that Nexus 4 is a great price. Android phones are the way forward.

 

There are lots of refurbished smartphones on newegg if you're looking for something inexpensive. Might want to go check those out.
