The Paypal Blacklist - Making trades safer

Yeah never hurts to have something like this open. Most chargebacks occur on hacked paypals but there are still a lot of people who will dispute on their own paypal.

I have records of above 100 paypals, barely anyone charges back if you know who to trust.

 

As Video said, if it stops one or two charge backs then this thread is a success.

Where did you get his PP info from?

 

Requesting for the mod to make this sticky since I find it very helpful for us sellers who often fall victims of those fraud unauthorized claims and disputes by Paypal.

I do have a lot of Charge backs recently but I didn't bother filling them for a scammer's report because I know that they can easily create another new account to continue their evil work. But by collecting information about their Paypal, I'm sure that we can spot them and avoid trading with them at a high risk of losing what we have.

From now on, I'll try to contribute on this thread to build a large data base of compiled Paypal scammers.

Did not know sebestian veal had a scam report against him/ is now banned.

So this will defiantly be useful for people looking to trade safely with paypal.

Unfortunately Paypal held his payments, he must pay back to come back, he told me he was getting the money, once he pays back and comes back I'll remove him.
