Whats the point in those fans.......? They just sit at the top of the machine?

 

Not counting the video cards (which I already had) -- I spent around $2200 on the rest of the build.

 

So I'm assuming it's worth about $5000?

 

they two led lighted ones cool off the router above my tower, and the ones above my sub box power my amp and cool the PSU /cpu for the lighting in the box

 

What he paid and what it is worth are entirely different subjects. Computer parts depreciate rapidly, especially considering everything in the system is just about 2 gens old now. (not saying it's not good, just saying the actual value of it is not necessarily what he paid for it)

SIGH... I wanna put new pics up but it's like just a few things from finished and I don't wanna ruin it yet by posting the almost finished version haha so tempted though but very soon you will see how much I have upgraded this beauty of a man cave

 

I get my upgraded PC back later today, so I'll be sure to upload a few here of it. I'll post the specs as well seeing as it's going to be pretty powerful.

Very nice Laptop. Agreed with Noodles though. Ditch the stock!

Needs more mouse room though. IMO at least. I can't stand being confined to a small area

 

Stock cooler with a 2500k is ew.

I had the same mousepad as Laptop for ages, it's tiny..

I'm the same as n4no, I need tons of room as I run a low DPI(1200), maybe if I ran a higher DPI it'd be different.


Currently trying to fund a Ram, Mobo + CPU upgrade, as I can't find a cheapish CFX 1156 mobo for sale. :/

 

IS SOMEONE MOCKING THE STOCK COOLER? Na it's fine for now, I might start OCing soon so that's when I may look into better coolers.

There is actually enough room for the mouse, it doesn't look like it in the picture. The mouse mat I got from Argos, it's really nice on my wrist.
