I maybe interested in purchasing and reviewing the guide for you. Can you give us an idea of what equipment is needed, etc?

 

Currently, this manual is focused around the gym, so the exercises used are regarding gym equipment.

However in the future I plan on adding a simple yet intensive 4 week fitness program which does not require you to go to a gym.

Just finished reading the guide. The guide is a very good guide for beginners/people who are trying to start going to the gym. It covers a broad range of topics from workout terms to diet/nutrition so its definitely worth a read to familiarize yourself with the gym lifestyle. My only one criticism is that since it covers a LARGE range of topics, there are some topics that are missing a bit of information but that is expected since it explains all/most aspects of working out. There is no such thing as a one workout that works for all so you will have to do your own research on what works for you, it is inevitable. This guide will push you in in the right direction and make you feel more comfortable about going to the gym. Overall, great guide.

When will you release the 4 week intensive non gym program? Most of us are too beta to be seen in a gym.

I hope you aren't going to the gym out of the risk of being embarrassed >_< . There is nothing to be embarrassed about. Jeff covered a lot of stuff and it should make you feel more confident about the gym.

 

Just finished reading his ebook and I can't believe the information in it, I would say this book is perfect for the people who are looking to get in shape/go on a diet/build muscle. I think this guide/ebook is very well written also it shows you how to prepare/cook foods I.e what ingredients. I would recommend this guide to anyone who is looking to build muscle/get in shape.

is there any proof of credibility? i mean it'd help influence people if you posted a photo of yourself or something.

Considering I am not required to post any type of 'proof' or image of myself, simply read the reviews I've received and hopefully you will be satisfied by those.

Just a small point to improve it:
For me as a dutchy it would be easier to have pics of what a workout looks like so I know what to do exactly ^^.
