Why not take all your gold and buy stuff like shards or rares then transfer to gold when youre looking to sell

As this get more common going to be safer to only use mail for payments and buying. And when buying use a clean mule to take payment, and same when giving out payment once check/money order is received.

 

Wow, that really sucks Punker. But like alot of people have already pointed out, consider yourself extremely lucky. They could always have wiped you for everything you were worth.

If anything, you can look at this sort of as Jagex "tipping you off" that you were on their radar, which will allow you to now take the necessary precautions to protect yourself and avoid being wiped again in the future. Be extra careful man, and I hope nothing like this happens to you again.

 

Sounds like Jagex is trying to kill the gold sellers.

Just buy shards with your cash, makes it easy to manage it.

 

I'm still up and rocking with 10B sitting in my G.E. slots, none to be touched. I was wiped once already though for a couple B.

I've been using mules and making trades look a bit legit by staking.

I think if Jagex is determined enough than they will also take out shards.

Edit: Not remove from the game, but remove from banks/inventories/GE slots.

 

I personally don't see staking as fit to transfer gold. It's unsafe for the buyer too honestly..

 

I was also wiped by Jagex for selling RS gold on Powerbot.
They found me ingame...
Thats why I will never use the same names as in RS

 

All these stacks getting destroyed pains me deeply >_< all the wasted mnoey and potential!
